Public offer
Version of 24.10.2026
1.General provisions
This document is a public offer by Sole proprietor Sizara Babayeva (the “Seller”) and sets out the terms for the distance sale of original paintings by the artist through the Suzani Gallery website (the “Website”) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on electronic commerce and consumer protection.
The offer is accepted by placing an order on the Website, confirming agreement with its terms, and paying for the order. From the moment of acceptance, the contract of sale is deemed concluded.
2.Subject of the contract
The Seller transfers to the Buyer ownership of an original painting of the Seller's own authorship (the “Work”), and the Buyer accepts and pays for it. The description, dimensions, technique and image of the Work are provided on its page on the Website.
Each Work exists as a single original and is transferred together with a certificate of authenticity. Colours displayed on screen may differ slightly from the original.
3.Price and payment terms
The price of the Work is stated in the national currency, the Uzbek soum (UZS). The amount in US dollars is given for reference only and is not the contract price. For payments from abroad, the currency and amount of the invoice are agreed with the Buyer before the invoice is issued.
Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice issued by the Seller to the Seller's account at Octobank JSC, including by international SWIFT transfer. Fees charged by the Buyer's bank and by correspondent banks are paid by the Buyer.
If online payment is available on the Work's page, payment may also be made by UnionPay, Visa, Mastercard, Uzcard and Humo bank cards via the payment page of the acquiring bank, Octobank JSC, using 3-D Secure technology. Card details are entered only on the bank's page and are not transferred to the Seller.
The payment obligation is deemed fulfilled when the funds are received in the Seller's account or when the bank confirms a successful card transaction.
For online card payments, the Work is reserved for the Buyer for 30 minutes after the order is placed. For payment against an invoice, the reservation period is stated in the invoice.
4.How to place an order
The Buyer selects a Work on the Site and places an order in one of two ways: by clicking «Buy», completing the order form (full name, phone, email address, delivery address) and proceeding to card payment; or by submitting an inquiry through the form on the Work's page, after which the Seller contacts the Buyer and issues an invoice for a bank transfer.
The Buyer can proceed to payment only after confirming that they have read and accept this offer, the return policy and the privacy policy. The payment status is shown on the order page; after payment the Seller contacts the Buyer to arrange delivery.
5.Payment security
Card payments are made on the secure payment page of the acquiring bank, Octobank JSC (OCTO payment gateway). Connections to the Site and to the payment page are protected by TLS (HTTPS).
Card details (number, expiry date, CVV/CVC) are entered only on the bank's page: they are not passed to the Seller and are not processed or stored on the Site. The bank's payment system complies with the PCI DSS standard, and transactions are confirmed with 3-D Secure (a code sent by SMS or shown in the card issuer's app).
The Seller never asks for card details by phone, email or messenger. If you receive such a request in the Seller's name, do not share your details and contact the Seller using the contacts listed on the Site.
6.Transfer and delivery
Delivery times, methods and costs are set out in the “Delivery” section of the Website, which forms an integral part of this offer. Ownership and the risk of accidental loss pass to the Buyer at the moment the Work is handed over under a certificate of acceptance.
7.Returns and order cancellation
The terms for returning the Work and refunding payment are set out in the “Returns and exchanges” section of the Website. Payments made by card are refunded only to the card used for payment.
8.Liability of the parties
The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the actions of banks or customs authorities, or by force majeure.
9.Personal data
By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of performing the contract in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
10.Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, in court under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Claims are sent to the Seller's email address and are considered within 10 business days.
